Instructions

  • Cook the sushi rice according to the package directions and set aside to cool.
  • Spread a thin layer of sushi rice on top of a sheet of nori on a cutting board.
  • Cut the nori into strips, then into small rectangles from each strip.
  • On each rectangle of sushi rice, place a small piece of seaweed.
  • Add a spoonful of tobiko to each piece of seaweed.
