Smoked Salmon Philly Roll Recipe

This Smoked Salmon Philly Roll is a tasty twist on the traditional Philadelphia roll. The creamy cream cheese and scallion filling complements the smoked salmon and avocado perfectly. It's ideal as an appetizer or light lunch.

Time Needed

  • Prep Time: 20 minutes
  • Cook Time: 25 minutes
  • Total Time: 45 minutes

Instructions

  • Place a sheet of nori, shiny side down, on a sushi mat.
  • Cover the nori with a layer of sushi rice, leaving a 1 inch border at the top.
  • Cover the rice with the cream cheese.
  • Scatter the scallions on top of the cream cheese.
  • On top of the scallions, layer smoked salmon and avocado slices.
  • Roll the nori tightly around the filling, pressing gently as you go, using the sushi mat.
  • Rep with the rest of the nori sheets and ingredients.
  • Cut each roll into 6-8 pieces with a sharp knife.
  • Serve with wasabi and soy sauce.
