Shrimp Avocado Roll Recipe

Instructions

  • Combine the mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  • Cut the avocado into thin slices after peeling and pitting it.
  • Cooked shrimp should be cut in half lengthwise.
  • Place a sheet of nori, shiny side down, on a sushi mat.
  • Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise mixture on top of the nori, leaving a 1/2-inch border.
  • 1 cup cooked sushi rice, evenly distributed over the mayonnaise.
  • Arrange a quarter of the avocado slices and shrimp halves down the center of the rice.
  • Roll the nori tightly around the filling, beginning at the bottom, with the sushi mat.
  • Continue with the rest of the nori sheets, rice, avocado, and shrimp.
  • Make bite-sized pieces of the rolls.
  • Serve with wasabi and soy sauce.
