Tuna Sesame Roll Recipe

This Tuna Sesame Roll is a tasty and simple sushi roll that's ideal for any occasion. It's made with canned tuna, rice, and an Asian flavor blend that will tempt your taste buds.

Ingredients

Time Needed

  • Prep Time: 20 minutes
  • Cook Time: 10 minutes
  • Total Time: 30 minutes

Instructions

  • Combine tuna, mayonnaise, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, and green onions in a mixing bowl.
  • Combine thoroughly.
  • Place a sheet of nori, shiny side down, on a clean surface.
  • Top with a thin layer of sushi rice, leaving a 1-inch border around the top edge.
  • Top the rice with a quarter of the tuna mixture.
  • Black sesame seeds should be sprinkled on top.
  • Roll the nori tightly with a sushi mat, tucking in the filling as you go.
  • Rep with the rest of the ingredients.
  • Refrigerate the rolls for 30 minutes before serving.
  • Serve the rolls cut into 1-inch pieces.
